Refund policy

 

At Courage, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help!

Return Period: 

We offer a 10-day return window, starting from the date your order is delivered. You must contact us within these 10 days to request a return.

Exchanges, Refunds & Store Credit:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reasonable reason, you may request a return. We will be happy to issue store credit or offer an exchange (subject to stock availability). Monetary refunds are available for eligible returns once the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow time for the refund to be processed and to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider. If you choose to opt for store credit instead, please note that it remains valid for 6 months from the date of issue. 

How To Request a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@needcourage.co.za within 10 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for return. If your return is approved, you will then receive instructions on where to send your item/s. Return address: 18 Andringa Street, Stellenbosch Central, 7600, Western Cape, South Africa.

Please do not send any items back before your return request has been approved. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs: 

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed upon by our team. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking. 

Return & Refund Processing: 

Once your return has been approved and the returned item has been received, we will inspect the item and process your request accordingly. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received an update regarding your refund or return, please contact us at hello@needcourage.co.za for assistance.
