Refund policy

 

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10-days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reasonable reason, we will be happy to exchange the product with stock on hand or issue you with store credit accordingly. Store credit is valid for 6months after date of issue

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@needcourage.co.za. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 18 Andringa Street, Stellenbosch Central, 7600, Western Cape, South Africa.

If your return is accepted, you as the customer will take it upon yourself to pay for the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
